While we’re currently open and accepting appointments for all of our core services including Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Massage Therapy and Personal Training, we have additional options available for patients who prefer home service:  

• Elite Core VIP in-home visits where our professional staff come to you or;
• Elite Core Virtual at-home sessions via interactive video technology for physical therapy, speech therapy, and personal training services
