Dr. Brandon Elmore at Elite Core Therapy monitors my every move as he guides me individually through stretches and exericses that strengthen me from head to toe, including core.I am in my late 60's. His individual attention makes me feel safe and I know I won't be caused any injuries. Doing both PT and Wellness, Dr. Elmore is helping me prepare for a major surgery, an ACL Reconstruction. Being fit will help my recovery and rehab which of course I will trust only to Elite Core Therapy and Dr. Elmore. I highly recommend this doctor and facility.

After so many years of not working out, I decided to get back into a routine. Between starting the gym and a combination of my profession as a Barber, I started developing bad tricep tendinitis pain. Excellent physical therapy. I have had 6 sessions and already feel substantial improvement of my neck muscle spasm. The place is sparkling clean, spacious, very organized, quiet, and has a lot of workout equipment to meet the specific therapeutical needs of each patient. The therapist is excellent and very professional and nice. He works individually with the person dedicating the whole session to your therapy..

I have used Brandon for both my knee replacements and now my sciatica issue and he has been and is wonderful. He is very knowledgeable as a Doctor of Physical Therapy and he is kind hearted. He pushes you but not beyond what you can do. My latest issue had me paralyzed with a left leg which wouldn’t work. One session with Brandon and I am able to move around without much pain. I told him he was a miracle worker. I really recommend him for any physical therapy need you have. He’s excellent.

I am very happy I came to Elite Core Therapy for rehab on my knee replacement. Dr. Elmore is a wonderful therapist, very patience and understanding of what is involved in the process of getting stronger. I will be continuing with the wellness program and I highly recommend it to anyone who needs to get back in good shape. Elite Core Therapy is a beautiful and very spacious facility with a pleasant and professional staff. I currently attend Elite Core Therapy twice a week on the Wellness/ Personal Training plan and Dr. Elmore always has a smile on his face, treating me with his instilled Southern Hospitality. In addition, there is always ample parking so I never have to continuously drive around the building in search for a parking spot. I have been under the expert care of Dr. Elmore for the past 5 years, in regards to physical therapy and wellness, and watched him grow his physical therapy career exponentially into developing Elite Core therapy. I highly recommend this facility!
